The National Association of Realtors has put out a report that 90% of Home Buyers and Sellers are starting their research online.  Using the Internet to start the process when it comes to buying or selling a home.  Of that 90%, 37% are buying the first home they see on the internet and 38% are using the recommendation of a Realtor to purchase their new home.  Forward recognizes that the Internet is the #1 tool being used by the consumer and that is why we base our entire marketing strategy on that.  It is not just simply advertising, it is understanding where the consumer is searching and what they are searching for. Mark was born and raised in Denver, Colorado.  A huge Denver Broncos fan and Colorado Rockies fanatic, Mark is now getting used to his Madison digs.  Mark has lived in numerous cities including Salt Lake City, Ut; Boise, ID; Minneapolis, MN; Washington D.C.; New York City and now resides in one of Monona , WI’s original farmhouses.  After living in all of these places Mark has mastered the art of relocation and is ready to help those looking to make Madison home.  As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Mark has learned the ins and outs of what it takes to negotiate on the behalf of his buyer clients and with Top Producing market data and internet strategies, Mark has listed and sold over 50 homes in the last two years alone.
